The court declared that the information of the Security Service about the implication of Oleksandr Klymenko for the the events on May 2 in Odessa is apocryphal
The Court of Appeal in Kiev affirmed the decision of the Shevchenko District Court of 6 August 2014 and recognized that the information, which was claimed by the Security Service of Ukraine, about the implication of Oleksandr Klymenko (ex–minister of revenue and duties of Ukraine) for the the events on May 2 in Odessa is apocryphal.
In the nearest future lawyers of Oleksandr Klymenko will sue for defamation. It is related to the statement of Prosecutor General’s office of Ukraine, which was promulgated in media, about the alleged implication of former Minister of revenue and duties of Ukraine for the activities of the Green Bank. Nowadays, the National Bank of Ukraine is planning its liquidation.
