Klymenko told about the plan of saving Ukrainian economy in Khrakiv and Kropyvnytskyi
Economic plan of actions, which was worked out by experts from the “Uspishna Kraina”, will allow to revive Ukrainian economy operatively and create 1 million new workplaces during the first year of implementation. It was stated by Oleksandr Klymenko – the leader of the political force – during his meeting with supporters in Kharkiv and Kropyvnytskyi on March 2.
According to the politician, first of all, the plan includes such instruments like fair tax system, partnership between the state and business, large-scale state orders for infrastructure projects and tough negotiations with the IMF concerning the debt repayment. In particular, transfer the tax burden from Ukrainians to financial and industrial groups – revision or cancellation of a number of taxes and fees through fair taxation of the income of the oligarchs – will be the primary step in implementing the plan.
In addition, according to the leader of the “Uspishna Kraina” party, nowadays, the state should become a partner for small and medium-sized business! In particular, it should provide entrepreneurs with cheap and long resources for development under 5-8%. The politician recalled that he actively promoted this idea, when he as a Minister of Revenues and Duties of Ukraine.
Oleksandr Klymenko believes that large state orders in infrastructure projects and priority sectors of the economy is the key driver for Ukrainian economy growth.
“Construction, repairs, restoration. All these things must be localized inside the country. In such case, we will be able to ensure the launch of production, monetization of the economy and development of the market, “the politician is confident. According to his estimates, building of social housing for young Ukrainian specialists, which can hold them back from leaving the country, should become an important task.
Klymenko states that the key source of funding for similar projects is internal reserves of the country that are spent on payment of the IMF loans. According to the calculations of the politician, nowadays, more than a third of the state budget is spent on payment of debts, meanwhile Ukraine has a 4 times higher interest rate for loans of the International Monetary Fund than other European countries.
The leader of the “Uspishna Kraina” insists on necessity of the audit of the funds that were spent on the IMF, tough negotiations with the Fund on the conditions for repaying debts and redistributing resources for the development of Ukrainian economy. According to Klymenko, implementation of the economic plan of his political force will allow to create about 1 million workplaces during the first year.
According to the politician, the plan of the “Uspishna Kraina” will be supported by Ukrainians due to the fact that they are united by the desire for change.
“We have clear plans for the first 100 days of operation in the Parliament. We understand our objectives for our first year and a perspective for the next three years. We have a plan for economic development of Ukraine, which will save the country. We will ensure its implementation for one simple reason – it will be supported by Ukrainian people”, – Klymenko wrote on his Facebook page after the meeting.
The leader of the “Uspishna Kraina” confirmed the intention of his political force to participate both in the parliamentary elections and the elections of the united territorial communities. He emphasized that pressure from the authorities and the controlled law enforcement agencies would not have impact on this decision.
